I joined Queen's Park Camera Club in 2006. I have taken the odd year out due to other commitments. In the main I enjoy being a part of a camera club as it gives you the chance to meet like minded people and see what they have to offer.
Here I plan to show images I have used in club competitions or projects that I have taken part in as a member.
This first section are a selection of images that were used in club competitions with varying degrees of success. The poor judges that oversee these competitions have my sympathy. If you score well then that was one of the good judges but if they don't score well, then what the hell do they know about photography. I used to get very irate if they made a comment purporting to know how or where this or that photo was taken when they quite clearly didn't. However, now it doesn't bother me too much. Life is too short.
